Eva is a Spanish science fiction film from 2011. The film takes place in the near future of 2041, with humanity coexisting with cybernetic life forms. Álex is an engineer who returns to a village in order to engineer an artificial child. In the decade that Álex had been away, things have shifted in his personal life; his brother wound up marrying his friend and birthing a child named Eva. Álex and Eva seem to have a natural appreciation of each other, he appreciates her innocence and creativity and she inspires his work. Eva features dialogue in Catalan and Spanish.
