If humans were able to press rewind in life and subsequently travel to any destination at any particular point in history, one place they probably would not want to go is the streets of New York City, pre-Rudy Giuliani. This film depicts that massive, positive impact that Giuliani had on The Big Apple since taking office as mayor of the city. Before Giuliani, the streets of New York City were not family friendly. The film depicts how it was impossible to walk down the street without meeting gangsters and prostitutes. After Giuliani took office, he cracked down on crime and cleaned the streets, turning New York City into the premier, family friendly destination that it is today.
