Tony Canelloni wants to take date a lot of women. Tony reads this book called "Sex Appeal" and decides to take its advice. Wanting to try out the things he learned int he book, he needs to find his own place. He cannot take living with his over-protective mother anymore. Therefore, he decides to rent his own apartment in New York City. With his new place, and new look, Toni is ready to bring on the ladies. Tony hooks up with lots of different women. He is happy and gets closer to obtaining his sexual goal. During all of this, Tony's landlord is secretly filming all of his sexual encounters with the various women. His landlord then sells the films to playboy, without Tony's knowledge. Tony Canelloni ends up lending his apartment to some family , and Tony's landlord film's their sexual relations as well.
