Having realized that she is not loved by Shuichi after all, Shoko makes a decision to abort the baby. Luckily, Shuichi and Aya intervened at the last minute, preventing the worst. Shuichi and Shoko's wedding takes place. While the hospital workers chatter away about the spectacular ceremony, Sonoko (Tomomi Nishimura) finds a letter that Aya had left, which seems like a suicide note.
